4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Booking at any time (before or after confirmation) for reasons including, but not limited to, unavailability, errors in pricing, or force majeure events.
5.1 Prices quoted are in the currency stated (e.g. OMR, USD, EUR) and include relevant taxes/fees unless otherwise indicated.
5.2 Payment may be required in full or a deposit may be required (as specified at time of booking).
5.3 If payment is late, we may cancel or suspend provision of Services.
5.4 Cancellation / refund policies:
